Ceremony for Our Retired Team Members!

Manjushree organised a special Felicitation Programme to honour three of our retired colleagues—

• Sri Parameswar Goswami (17 years)
• Sri Shiv Kumar Gupta (25 years)
• Sri Jitendra Kumar Sharma (30 years)
• Sri Dharnidhar Boro
• Sri Bechan Mahato

for their decades of dedicated service. The event featured a Values Parade on the shop floor, a Legacy Recognition ceremony, a story-sharing circle, a “Then vs Now” knowledge exchange, a blessing ceremony, and a symbolic Passing of the Torch to departments. A tree-planting activity further highlighted the bond between our past and present generations. The programme concluded with refreshments and a special lunch with our HODs. It was a heartfelt celebration of commitment, culture, and continuity—and we are proud to share that the event was a great success.
